FAQ
Where are you based?
Melbourne, Victoria & Surrounds
What if my child doesn't cooperate during the session?
We understand that young children can be unpredictable. If they're feeling shy or resistant, don't worry. We'll take a break, play a game, or try a different approach to help them feel more comfortable. Remember, the most important thing is to enjoy your time together and let your personalities shine through.
How long does a family photoshoot session last?
Standard sessions usually last about one hour. This is typically the "sweet spot" for young children’s attention spans and allows us to get a great variety of images without anyone feeling exhausted.
What if the weather is bad?
For outdoor sessions, I keep a close eye on the forecast. If it looks like heavy rain or extreme wind, we will touch base 24–48 hours before the shoot to reschedule to a backup date.
How will I receive my photos?
Your photos will be delivered in high-resolution format through an online gallery.
When will we receive our photos?
You'll receive a sneak peek within 48 hours, followed by your full, edited digital gallery via a private link within two weeks of our photoshoot.
I don't want my photographs used online. Are you able to keep them private?
To ensure your privacy, please let us know if you'd prefer your photos to be kept private. We'll respect your wishes.
What happens to my photos if your card corrupts?
To safeguard your precious memories, we always use dual memory cards during your photo session. This means that if one card becomes corrupted, we'll have a backup copy of all your photos. While we take every precaution to prevent data loss, using dual cards provides an extra layer of security and peace of mind.
Can I get RAW or unedited photos?
I do not provide raw or unedited photos as part of my photography services. All images will be professionally edited to ensure the highest quality.
